What the Training Involves
The Life Coach Training provides structured material focused on:
- Working with clarity and direction in coaching conversations
- Supporting deliberate action without motivation or pressure
- Holding responsibility and boundaries in professional relationships
- Integrating the framework into ongoing coaching practice
The training is reflective and practical in nature. It does not rely on scripts, formulas, or prescriptive methods.
Relationship to Licensing
Completion of the Life Coach Training is the entry point to the licensing process.
Licensing is not automatic. It reflects alignment with the professional standards of the Hegeman Coaching framework and readiness for independent practice.
Relationship to Personal Courses
This professional training is separate from the personal courses.
Personal courses, including the Master Course, are designed for personal use and integration. They do not replace any part of the Life Coach Training and do not provide credit, exemption, or priority within the licensing process.
Professional Independence
The training does not involve employment, client assignment, or guaranteed work.
Participants remain fully responsible for their professional decisions, client relationships, and ongoing development.
