All courses, and e-books sold on Hegemancoaching.com are digital products.
Courses and e-books are delivered through a secure, login-based online learning environment and are accessed online. They are not provided as downloadable files.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Digital products purchased through Hegemancoaching.com include a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of purchase.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. After the 14-day period has passed, refunds are no longer available.
4. Lifetime Access and Refunds
Where stated, courses include lifetime access. Lifetime access means access for an indefinite period while the Hegemancoaching.com platform and business remain operational.
Lifetime access does not extend or replace the 14-day refund period.
5. Physical Products
If Hegemancoaching.com offers physical products, such as printed books, return conditions for those products will be described on this page at the time they are made available.
6. Personal Coaching Services
Personal coaching is a professional service delivered through scheduled one-to-one sessions with Michael Hegeman.
Personal coaching engagements are offered on an application basis and confirmed only after approval.
7. Cancellations and Refunds for Personal Coaching
Personal coaching is a professional service delivered through scheduled one-to-one sessions with Michael Hegeman.
Personal coaching engagements are offered on an application basis and confirmed only after approval.
Personal coaching sessions may be cancelled only if the cancellation is received by email or through the website contact form. The timestamp of receipt is used to determine eligibility for cancellation or refund. Cancellations communicated through other channels are not considered valid.
Cancellations are refundable only if received at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations received after that point are not refundable.
A missed session, including failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
Once a coaching session has taken place, that session is non-refundable.
For coaching engagements that include multiple sessions, the following applies:
If cancellation is received at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session, the engagement is refundable in full.
If, after the first session, it becomes clear in the judgment of either party that the coaching engagement is not a suitable fit, remaining unused sessions may be refunded.
Once more than one session has taken place, the engagement is non-refundable.
Refunds for unused sessions apply only to sessions that have not yet occurred and may be subject to a reasonable administration fee to cover processing and handling costs.
8. Licensed Life Coaches
Licensed Life Coaches operate as independent professionals within the Hegeman Coaching framework.
Coaching services provided by Licensed Life Coaches are entered into directly between the client and the coach.
Refunds, cancellations, and terms for coaching provided by Licensed Life Coaches are governed by the individual coach’s own policies and agreements.
Hegeman Coaching does not process payments for Licensed Life Coaches and is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes arising from coaching engagements with Licensed Life Coaches.

9. Returns and Exchanges
Because digital products are delivered electronically, they are not subject to physical returns and are not exchangeable.
Refunds for digital products are handled exclusively through the 14-day money-back guarantee described in this policy.
Personal coaching services are not exchangeable and are refundable only under the cancellation conditions described above.
