Applicability
This Policy applies to individuals or entities, including Licensed Life Coaches within the Hegeman Coaching framework and other third parties, who are expressly authorised by Hegeman Coaching to promote or sell Hegeman Coaching courses, books, or programs in exchange for commission or referral-based compensation.
This Policy does not apply automatically and does not create any entitlement to participate in promotional, referral, or commission-based activities.
Affiliate participation is separate from professional licensing. Information about becoming a Licensed Life Coach is available on the Licensing page.
1. Authorisation
Participation in course, book, or program promotion, referral, or commission arrangements is granted solely at the discretion of Hegeman Coaching and must be expressly confirmed.
Hegeman Coaching may approve, modify, suspend, or withdraw such authorisation at any time.
2. Relationship
Participants under this Policy act as independent parties.
Participation does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, or joint venture between Hegeman Coaching and any participant.
Participants are not authorised to bind Hegeman Coaching, make representations on its behalf, or act as its agent.
3. Permitted Activities
Where authorised, participants may promote approved courses, books, or programs using links, materials, or methods designated by Hegeman Coaching.
Participants may not modify content, pricing, or applicable terms.
Participants may not present themselves as owners, operators, or official representatives of Hegeman Coaching.
Participants may not offer guarantees regarding outcomes, certification, income, or results.
4. Compensation
Commission structures, payment methods, and eligibility criteria are determined by Hegeman Coaching and may vary per arrangement.
No commission is owed unless expressly stated and confirmed under the applicable promotional, referral, or affiliate arrangement.
Commission arrangements may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
5. Conduct and Compliance
Participants must conduct promotional activities in a manner consistent with applicable law, professional standards, and the values of the Hegeman Coaching framework.
Misleading, deceptive, or unethical promotional practices are not permitted.
6. Termination
Authorisation to participate in promotional, referral, or commission arrangements may be terminated at any time.
Upon termination, all promotional activity must cease immediately.
7. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy supplements the Terms & Conditions of Hegemancoaching.com.
In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail.

8. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law.
