2. Products and Services
Hegemancoaching.com offers digital products, personal coaching services, and professional training.
Digital products include online courses and e-books. Courses and e-books are delivered through a secure, login-based online learning environment and are accessed online. They are not provided as downloadable files.
Personal coaching is a professional service delivered through scheduled one-to-one sessions with Michael Hegeman. Personal coaching is offered on an application basis and provided only after approval.
Professional training includes the Life Coach Training, which supports professional practice and licensing within the Hegeman Coaching framework.
3. Licensed Life Coaches
Certain Life Coaches may be designated as Licensed Life Coaches within the Hegeman Coaching framework.
Licensing reflects alignment with Hegeman Coaching’s internal training, competency, and ethical standards and permission to present oneself as operating within the framework.
Licensing does not constitute government, statutory, or regulatory certification.
Licensed Life Coaches operate as independent professionals. Licensing does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, or joint venture between Hegeman Coaching and any Licensed Life Coach.
Hegeman Coaching does not assign clients, manage coaching engagements, guarantee work, or guarantee income for Licensed Life Coaches. Clients choose their coach independently and enter into coaching engagements directly with the coach.
Licensed Life Coaches may choose to make professional information available on the Hegeman Coaching website for discovery purposes. Any coaching engagement is entered into directly between the client and the coach.
Any listing or presentation of Licensed Life Coaches on the website is for discovery purposes only. Listing order does not imply ranking, endorsement, or preferential treatment.
4. Payment
Payments for digital products, personal coaching, and professional training are processed securely through third-party payment providers available at checkout, including Stripe and Klarna.
Prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise.
Hegeman Coaching does not store full payment card details.
5. Access and Use
Upon successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased digital products.
Where stated, courses include lifetime access. Lifetime access means access for an indefinite period while the Hegemancoaching.com platform and business remain operational.
If the platform or business is discontinued, access to course materials may be withdrawn without further obligation.
Access to personal coaching services is provided according to the agreed session schedule confirmed after application and approval.
All content provided through this website is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, sublicensed, or resold.

All content available on Hegemancoaching.com, including text, materials, courses, and digital content, is the intellectual property of Michael Hegeman unless stated otherwise.
